You are purchasing this Used, Manfrotto Bogen 3066 Tripod Head.  This tripod head is being sold in AS-IS condition.  I have not fully tested this and cannot say for sure if it is working or not.  It appears to not have any fluid based on the bubble indicator but I cannot say for sure as I am not very knowledgeable on these.  Refer to photos for exact condition details and we are happy to answer any questions you have.  AS-IS, UNTESTED.
