Toto is a part of Hallmark Wizard of Oz Itty Bitty series.  Issued in 2015 as a limited edition only available at Hallmark Gold Crown Stores and since have been retired.  Toto has a bean bag body with a super soft plush head with embroidered and fabric details.  Fun, collectible and absolutely adorable.  Approximately 5 inches tall.  New with tag.
