Vintage 1991 TMNT LEO'S TURTLE TRIKE - Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles RARE. Not sure if there was a wheel in by the front but there is no wheel there. Some parts are broken in the back and one part looks to have been superglued back on. Missing parts. Sold as is.
