These laptops are Dell Used Units, They are in excellent working condition, We Refurbish them and test them to make sure the system is in great working condition.  Cosmetic condition may vary, These mat have scratches, dimples, shiny keys, on top bottom or palm rest areas, Nothing that effects the functionality. Sometimes maybe one USB port or some other port might not work, these are used older systems so please keep that in mind.  please refer to pictures, since we have a lot of them , you will get a similar condition.  There are scratches scuffs from previous use, but they do not harm the performance. Extended Two Year Warranty is available for optional purchase. Pictures are of actual item, Since we have quite a few of them, you will receive a similar condition.

Warranty Notes:  One Year Parts and Labor limited depot warranty included. Covers Hardware defects. Does not cover software issues, virus, malware and other software related issues.  Extended Warranty may also be purchased., please send a message through eBay messaging system.

 Batteries are used and SOLD AS IS, We always recommend buying a new battery as it is a consumable item and this is an older laptop.  We do not warranty/guaranty the battery at all.  Spare Batteries are available for purchase. WE DONOT WARRANTY/GUARANTY BATTERY. SOLD AS IS. PLEASE MAKE A NOTE OF IT.
