Canada shipments are shipped through the eBay Global Shipping Service (been using for some years
now and it is excellent and hassle free).
We ship your package to the eBay Global International Transfer
Facility in Kentucky and eBay ships it the International portion of your
shipment after they make sure it is the way it is suppose to be.
eBay will invoice you the
International charges with the auction price as soon as you purchase.

Standard Shipping: Shipped FedEx Home
Delivery, FedEx Ground, USPS Parcel Select, USPS Priority Mail or eBay Global
International Shipping Service, shipping time is 2-5 to 8 days, depending
on method. All free shipping items are
shipped standard (Fed Ex Home or Ground
Delivery).
NO US PO Boxes: We no longer ship to P.O. Boxes within the
US, Please be sure to include a physical address
for yourself, family member or friend.
NO SHIPPING TO: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, The

NO SHIPPING TO: Most
APO/FPO Military direct so please message me to find out for shipping cost

DAMAGED ITEMS &
RETURNS:
I always replace or refund
by email. Please just email me as
I usually just send out a
replacement/refund without having to return, within a day or so.
Damaged: PLEASE JUST EMAIL ME AS WE DO
NOT USE THE EBAY RETURN SERVICE AS WE DO NOT TAKE RETURNS. WE FILE A CLAIM AND GET YOUR REFUND OR
REPLACEMENT TO YOU RIGHT AWAY. THANK YOU!! All items are shipped from my distributor
new in the original packaging. Please contact us by email in the event
that your item arrives with damage. we can replace the item right away with
pictures of the damage. In very rare (basically never) situations
my distributor will require a return for the quality control department to
review and will send a prepaid return label for the return if it ever
happens. This is so rare and we usually
replace or refund so please do not use the Ebay Return Service as you will not
be returning your item and that return service dispute will sit open redundant
when there will be no return and hurt my rating. If you just email me with photo(s), we can
have a replacement or refund right out to you! We don't use the return service as I have
my own replacement/refund service that is easier, better and faster.
Returns: We never have returns so
please message us before starting a return as I usually always am able to get
you a refund or replacement without returning. We try our best to picture my items well
and include accurate descriptions with dimensions (usually always in
description more than once, specifications and sometimes the title). Please email with any questions! In the event
that a purchase is not what you were thinking or you misjudged it and you would
like to return it, please note that buyer pays all return shipping and my
distributor withholds a 20% restocking fee and original shipping cost. Please email me first as we usually don't have
returns, but if it becomes necessary, we need to get an RA number so it gets
credited to the right order. When you
return it without contacting me, eBay charges me all the shipping which is not
necessary as we don't ask for it to be returned and I end up paying all the
shipping for a damaged item or some other reason. It also can hurt my rating. Also, please consider whether returning will
be worth it with to you with the restocking fee and shipping, etc. Perhaps consider gifting or donating it and
also ask all questions before you buy.
You may also resell it. We answer
all questions, usually within an hour or less but definitely within 24
hours. ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED UNUSED
IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Please contact me for a return authorization number to
include on the label of your return. Once your return is received you will
receive a refund less the fees and 20% restocking fee.
DELAYED SHIPMENTS &
DISCONTINUED ITEMS:
Occasionally an item will
discontinue or stock will run low creating a delayed ship status before I have
a chance to close the auction. If you should make a purchase of an item that
turns out to be on delayed shipment status I will contact you right away to
make arrangements to continue with the delayed shipment, exchange the item or
process a return. I don’t get any warning when stock is low and, as hard as I
try, this situation is beyond my control. I do my best to provide a worry-free
experience and patience is very much appreciated.
