These spark plugs are the same plugs that were installed in the car when it rolled off of the assembly line. This set of Ford Platinum Motorcraft Spark Plugs includes eight (8) plugs total for your Mustang. They are an OEM-style replacement with copper cores and platinum tips. This construction reduces the required firing voltage and thereby offer slower erosion and extra protection against fouling. It also delivers quick starts, enhanced fuel economy, and smooth acceleration. These spark plugs assure the full required voltage at spark gap which protects against misfires thanks to copper-glass that seals the bonds insulator and the terminal post center electrode together.
