Morrigan is a protector goddess of Celtic & Druidic lore and her animal counterpart is the Raven who could see both sides of the veil and bring messages from the other side. Also known as the Morrigu, she is the shape-shifting Celtic Goddess that presides over rivers, lakes, and freshwater. In addition, she is also the patroness of the night, magic, prophecy, priestesses, and witches.

Her name means great queen or phantom queen. It is spelled in several different ways including Morrigu, Morgane, Morrighan, and Morgan le Fay in the Arthurian legends. The Goddess Morrigan is linked with the festival of Samhain.

Nicely detailed Gypsum Goddess Totem measures approx. 3" high and 2" wide. Statue has an earth tone finish with sparkles of glitter. The material contains no harmful or harsh chemicals.
