Concept Paints Structural Primer Red Oxide is a fast drying, anti-corrosive, zinc phosphate primers used for the protection of structural steel in general industrial, commercial and farming environments. Used for steel structures, railings, fences, gates, equipment and sheet metal work. Suitable over bare steel and previously painted surfaces. Ideal for touch-up.
