• Our business hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm CST Monday through Friday. During this time we try to ship everything we out we can. Orders placed after 1:00pm may ship the following business day.
• Free FedEx Standard, Ground Shipping on all orders going to the Continental U.S. We do not ship outside the Continental U.S. with free shipping. We are able to ship outside the Continental U.S. but you will have to contact us for rates and the cost of the shipping is 100% non-refundable regardless of issue.
• We ship using FedEx. Your tracking number will be entered into eBay with 1 business day.

Returns:              

As we do incur a cost to ship your order to your door, if for any reason an incorrect order is placed, or you simply need to return a part because it's not needed, return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer. 15% restocking fee may apply.

Returns after 30 days from receiving the item are not eligible for a refund. Store credit only minus eBay and PayPal fees.

Because there is free shipping, the customer is responsible for any return shipping including defects. We will only cover the return shipping if an item is listed incorrectly. No exceptions.

Warranty Information: 

• All of our parts come with a 1 year warranty.
• For A/C Compressors, replacement of the accumulator / receiver drier is required, and replacement of an orifice tube, if equipped, is required. Expansion valves must be checked, and the A/C system must be clean and free of debris and contamination. (Some vehicles may require the condenser to be replace if there was a total failure of the AC compressor)
• If there is an unfortunate circumstance where you receive a defective Automotive A/C Part and need to have it replaced, TechChoice will happily send you a replacement.
• We offer 2 options on warranty replacement. First option is to create another order for the same item, which will be paid for, and will be shipped out. Because we offer free shipping, we will cover the shipping of the replacement but we DO NOT cover the return shipping. We can provided a return label but there will be charges for that label. If the item is found defective we will issue a refund for the replacement order. The second option is that you can send the item to our Midlothian, TX warehouse and we can inspect it and then send out a replacement if it is determined to be defective. No additional charges will apply to the second option.
