The basic lighting are ready for connection, you must solder no more resistors just the wires to the strips. All other LEDs like the Engines still must be soldered to the resistors. The Admiral Version includes effect LEDs for the engines. The power supply is designed for 9 to 12 volts. A power supply is not in it.
