This is a pair of women's size 12 Petite Side Zipper Black Dress Pants.  They are  NWTs (New with Tags).  These pants are a polyester/Spandex Blend and have a side zipper and button closure.  They also have pockets at the hips and a flat front.  The pants have a 30 inch waist with elastic at the sides but it doesn't have a lot of give, belt loops, a 29 inch inseam and a 14 inch rise.  PayPal is the only accepted payment method.  Happy Shopping.
