The buyer will be responsible for any import tax or customs charges in his country.

USA customers: Please note the elimination of a tariff exemption ("de minimis") that allowed imports worth $800 or less to enter the country tax-free.

We ship using DAP (Delivered at Place) terms, also known as "delivered duty unpaid".

All items are packed very carefully with great emphasis on the safety of the contents of each shipment, sent in a hard box with a Tracking Number.

We will do our best to help with problems that are not "out of our hands" such as shipping delays, damages, or any other problem.

We ship worldwide except for a very few exceptional countries.

We use air mail by UPS, DHL, FedEx and Israel Post (ECO/EMS).

If you have any special requests, please let us know.

Packages will be sent only to the address that is provided by eBay, unless the buyer has asked otherwise, and it has been approved.

All our inventory is in Israel. The shipping cost depends on the destination country and on the weight & volume of the whole package.
