What an incredible stone! This Swiss Blue Topaz is a natural, commonly treated Brazilian Topaz.
I don't know if you've been following Topaz lately, but there's a mine in Minas Gerais, Brazil that produces a Topaz that takes treatment better than any other Topaz in the world, and is the source of the newer, darker Swiss Blue Topaz. We get our rough from this mine, have it cut and treated, and the results are evident in the pictures we've got for this ring. This is an outstanding stone, and it is enjoying a new popularity Swiss Blue hasn't seen in years. This stone is a gotta have!
These stones are set into a traditional basket setting, hanging from a Sterling Silver threader earring.
Notice the thickness of the silver in the mounting. These are substantial, without being weighty. I like my stones well protected, and I assume you do too!
This is a good stable setting that won't set you back a month just to get a pair. There's no reason why these earrings shouldn't last you for years, and dazzle every day of it.
