Almost always with this collection yearbook the centre leaf which is bound by three staples(as issued) is either fully detached or slightly detached which is common for this book. The book is completely INTACT and appears to have never been fully opened. The publication is the highest valued(CV) of all the Canada Post Annual Collections.
