Since 2005 I have always had a 100% satisfaction rate among both my buyers and sellers, except for one recent negative feedback from an unscrupulous seller, who sold me a fake gemstone and then tried to give me negative feedback in return. Several of his buyers have also reported purchasing fake gemstones from him in their feedback.
All items over $200. are insured when sent.
