This camera is in excellent condition. All functions work properly. It is most likely a model 45S, but that cannot be guaranteed. It comes complete with a Toyo-View binocular reflex focusing viewfinder, collapsible lens hood, Polaroid 545 back, tripod mount, and a hard case. A bag bellows is also included but may not belong to this outfit. Two wooden lens boards are also included but are too big for this camera--you will need to trim off about 1/16"  on each side.
