Material is light weight. Has a slight stretch both ways, not much give. Mesh/ soft tulle with floral cluster design. Scalloped on both edges width wise. Material is not a stiff tulle nor is it soft, somewhere in between. Would do well for an overlay on a skirt or dress or maybe lace curtains. Color is a mauve/ cranberry color.
