This is a lot of two, vintage, US Made drill bits.  You get one Irwin Micro Dial No.21 Expansive Bit & one Black and Decker, 17400 Forstner Self-Feeding Bit - 1" size.  Both USA Made.

 These both appear to me to be unused.  Some tarnish and rust noted, but I don't see any wear from use.   Sold as used to protect the buyer.   Please study photographs as they are the best representation of actual condition.
