Your order will be dispatched within 1 working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and you should expect to receive it one or two days after dispatch (for orders sent by 24 hour courier).
Rolled Mattress
The majority of our mattresses are compressed, vacuum packed, rolled and boxed for ease of handling and delivery. Rolled mattresses will need several hours to air to size in a dry, well ventilated room prior to use. Please note that for best results, mattresses should be opened within 7 days of receipt. Please be aware that rolled mattresses do not have side supports.
Delivery
Please note that the delivery dates provided are an estimate based on dispatch times. The delivery date is not guaranteed and are meant to serve as a rough indication. According to the Consumer Rights Act, the retailer has 30 days to deliver the goods. If your delivery is required for a certain date, please contact us by phone and we will do our best to accommodate your needs but we can in no way guarantee delivery dates and times.
Returns are accepted only if item is not as described. Buyer assumes responsibility for return postage.
In the unlikely event you wish to return a product, returns will be accepted if notified and sent back within 7 days of purchase and refunded minus the cost of the original postage. Due to size and weight, most mats and tiles are sent through Tuffnells Express on a next day service. Tuffnells aim to deliver all items the next working day and will attempt to deliver only once. Any further delivery attempts will cost 50% of the original P&P fee.

If you think you may be away, please notify us of the best day for delivery when you place the order by leaving a note at checkout.
