This is from an estate sale so nothing is known about it.

It measures approx 12" tall and 4" wide.

Very thick, heavy glass. No markings that I see. The bottom does have a flaw or manufacturer flaw. It feels smooth on part of it and slightly rough on another.

The ring is in two pieces but, I believe it's supposed to be like that. The ribs around it look smooth, kinda like someone tried to open it and twisted to much
