I am not sure of the exact size it is marked B 52 and I don't know what that is. My wife says it could be men's or woman's. I measured approximate

Front down from end of zipper to start of zipper 21"
arm pit to arm pit on the back 25"

down center of back 25" when worn the back seems a little shorter than front


Outside is leather lined with polyester 

Over all nice jacket if it was a little larger I would be using it. 

well used I will try and take pictures of all the worn spots. normal wear at the collar, just above the hands on the sleeves there is some scratching and marks on the leather, edges have normal wear marks. Zipper works fine looks a little dirty on the end took close picture of this.
overall a very nice high quality jacket with few minor flaws, would be very good for everyday use at little cost.
