Personalised cards can be sent direct to the recipient
To send direct, you must mention to send direct when leaving your personalization.
(Direct means sealed and sent straight to your recipient for them to open)
- Please ensure the dispatch address is updated to the recipients.
An inside message will also be required.
When will my card arrive?
I offer free first class UK postage
via Royal Mail who aims for delivery
by the next working day.
(They do not guarantee.)
There is the Royal Mail guarantee service available.
Can I get a refund if my card does not arrive in time for when I need it?
A refund will be issued if the card does not arrive in the given time frame if you choose the Guaranteed by next day option only.
If you choose the first class, a refund will be issued if the card does not arrive after 10 working days of your order date if Royal Mail confirms the item as undelivered.
