Dodge Replacement Fuel Pump

Details: OEM fuel transfer lift pumps and retrofit lift pumps for 2003-2004 Dodge Ram 5.9L Cummins are known to be very unreliable. The lift pump feeds the very expensive VP-44 high pressure fuel injection pump. This pump needs a steady supply of fuel from the transfer pump for cooling and reliability. Running a OEM lift pump is a real gamble putting you at risk to damage your very expensive injection pump. This makes buying a fuel transfer lift pump a very important purchase.

The Dodge Replacement Pump (DRP) will replace the factory fuel pump mounted on the side of the block. Now you have the dependability of FASS brands without the cost of a full system. Your new DRP will have a high torque to gear ratio to ensure extreme cold weather starts. If you have been wanting the FASS quality for stock applications and cost you can now get the Dodge Replacement Pump. Intended as a replacement fuel pump, this DRP gives you 2.5 times the flow rate as the stock Carter Pump.

NOTE: Having a retrofitted in-tank life pump slightly changes your needs with the FASS DRP . You will also need a STK (Suction Tube Kit) from FASS to allow the fuel to be drawn to the new DRP.
