This is the 2007 Clydesdales Holiday Stein (CS678) "Winter's Calm", and is part of the Clydesdale Holiday steins series that started in 1980.   The 2007 stein is handcrafted by Ceramarte of Brazil.  The stein comes with the original box and COA.
