Absolutely stunning wood carving of I believe Egyptian Lady Touy. Unsure of age or artist but a beautiful piece! She measures approximately 22x8”. A split to wood can be seen on backside of piece (photo #6) but seller doesn’t feel this detracts from piece. This piece was part of the collection at Rimrock gallery and art studio in Tucson Arizona run by Val and Mae Robbins. Val, with his wife, Mae owned their own RimRock Studios, Creator of Fine Art & Woodwork and RimRock Country Cottages and Antiques. He and his wife, Mae moved to Tucson in 1986 (where they started RimRock West Hacienda Bed & Breakfast and Art Studio. Unsure if this piece was created by them or was part of their collection.
