UPLOAD PRINT-READY FILE: If your artwork is already laid out and ready to print (including images, text and logos), choose this option. We will not add, remove or edit anything. Make sure your design is created at the correct size or it may be stretched or squeezed to fit.

We will send you a link to upload your file(s) - please do not send artwork via eBay messages or email.

One complete design set per order is included (for double/multi-sided products this can include different artwork for each side/page). This does not cover multiple different versions/designs in one order (for example several different business card designs) - increase the quantity if you need multiple designs.

TEXT ONLY: Enter the text you want in the personalisation box above. No images, logos, graphics, backgrounds or emojis can be included. Check spelling and grammar carefully as we do not proofread.

Artwork specifications:

Artwork should be set up at 85mm x 55mm if bleed is not required (no edge-to-edge printing), or 91mm x 61mm if bleed is required (includes 3mm of bleed on all sides). To allow for trimming tolerances, keep text and logos at least 3mm inside the trim edge. Flatten all layers and transparencies, ensure all fonts are embedded or converted to outlines, and supply artwork as a CMYK PDF.

Artwork files must be uploaded using the link we send - please do not send files via eBay messages or email. Allow a few hours to receive your upload link. Our hours are Mon-Fri: 9am-5pm, so orders placed outside these times may not receive the link until we reopen.

If we have not received suitable artwork before the eBay dispatch deadline, we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order without notice.
