These cute jumpers and rompers can be worn as is or over a long sleeve shirt!  Sew a jumper or romper with ruffled sleeves, contrast waistband, and back ties.  Matching long sleeve shirt has gathered cuffs and back button closure.  Shirt sized for stretch knits only.
