Troubleshooting Tip: Is it the remote?

If your remote randomly stops working and then starts again, or if you have to jiggle the cord at the base to get it to work, the hand control is likely the problem. However, if only one specific function (like just the legrest) fails, your problem is more likely a failing control box or motor.

This is the newest, most updated version of this remote. It features an upgraded, thicker, and stiffer cable strain relief to prevent the cord from pulling out of the hand control.
