An Original Nintendo GameBoy Color Pokemon Trading Card Game GB Japan Cartridge. 

As you can see from the pictures the cartridge plays and is confirmed to operate as I have loaded it up withthe GameBoy Color.  Note that this is a Japanese release so the language is in Japanese and not in English. 

The cartridge itself is in like new condition. The sticker is also in excellent condition.

Overall this cartridge is in excellent condition. Complete or start building your collection of GB Pokemon games.
