Trader Joe's Toffee Chips are crunchy, golden-brown, buttery toffee in the shape of rectangular chips, made from a recipe passed down for generations. Really good. But then, we go and generously coat these Toffee Chips in smooth, rich, milk chocolate or dark chocolate. This takes it up to, at least, super fantastic. Unable to stop ourselves, we finish each piece with a chocolate drizzle that adds more texture to each bite, and also gives Trader Joe's Toffee Chips an elegant look. From a purely objective point of view, this easily notches them above super fantastic-to something that is realistically, probably closer to magically spectacular. Or perhaps even dazzlingly sublime. Wicked awesome might also not be inaccurate. Obviously, Trader Joe's Toffee Chips are delectable on their own. But you might also try them with some fresh fruit-maybe some slices of Granny Smith Apple, for a tart-fruit contrast to these sweet-chocolately Chips.
