Beschreibung

Antiker Mokka-/ bzw. Kaffeekern, hergestellt von Anton Michelsen. Dänemark, Kopenhagen, um 1901. Silber 925. Meistermarke von Simon Groth (1863-1904). Hochwertig und massiv verarbeitet. In Viktorianischem Stil. 3-teilig, bestehend aus eine Mokkakanne, eine Milchkanne und eine Zuckerschale. Runder Stand, abgerundeter zylindrischer Korpus, bei Kannen mit erhöhtem Hals. Umlaufend wellenförmiger Dekor. Ohrenhenkel. Mokkakanne mit Scharnierdeckel und einem Knauf, Henkel mit Isolierringen aus Bein. Leichte Kratzer. Milchkanne mit einer kleinen Delle am Stand, die jedoch nur von unten auffällt und einer kleinen Delle am Korpus (siehe Bilder). Leichte Risse im Knauf. Kannen innen mit Gebrauchsspuren. Altersbedingter guter Zustand.

Description

Antique mocha or coffee set made by Anton Michelsen. Denmark, Copenhagen, around 1901. Silver 925. Master mark of Simon Groth (1863-1904). High quality and solid workmanship. In Victorian style. 3-piece set consisting of a mocha pot, a milk pot and a sugar bowl. Rounded stand, rounded cylindrical body, with raised neck for jugs. Circumferential wavy décor. Ear handles. Mocha pot with hinged lid and a knob, handle with insulating rings made of bone. Light scratches. Milk jug with a small dent on the stand, but it is noticeable only from the bottom and a small dent on the body (see pictures). Slight cracks in the knob. Jugs inside with signs of use. Age-related good condition.
