An original Nintendo GameBoy Megami Tensei Gaiden: Last Bible Cartridge Japan. 

As you can see from the pictures the cartridge plays and is confirmed to operate as I have loaded it up on the GameBoy Colour. The cartridge is in very good condition and I see no chips/ dents. The cart has the nice grey colour. Sticker in very good condition with no rips or tears.

Overall this cartridge is in very good condition for its age and is ready to play games or be part of the collection.
