SOCKSHOP Cosy Low Cut Slipper Socks are knitted in a softly-textured, silky and fleecy mid-weight chunky yarn, and in two styles, patterned and plain. The slipper socks are stretch-fit, making them easy to pull on, with an ankle cuff top that, unlike conventional slippers, means they won’t just fall off your feet at a moment’s notice. And again, unlike your dad’s slippers, they increase the comfort by not having hard, inflexible soles. These slipper socks do have a hard-wearing, non-slip dot tread pattern on the soles though, which makes them safer to wear, helping to grip polished or shiny surfaces such as laminate, tiled or wooden floors, preventing unexpected falls, accidents and late-night trips to A&E!

Founded in 1983 by Sophie Mirman and Richard P. Ross after Mirman said "People should be able to buy socks as easily as they buy newspapers." SOCKSHOP outlets were placed for convenience on busy city streets, in train stations and at airports. SOCKSHOP was acquired by us, The Ruia Group, early in 2006.
