An Original Nintendo GameBoy Uno: Small World 2 Cartridge and Booklet Japan.

As you can see from the pictures the cartridge plays and is confirmed to operate as I have loaded it up with the GameBoy Color. Note that this is a Japanese release so the language is in Japanese and not in English. 

The cartridge is in very good condition. The sticker is also in very good condition.

The booklet is also in very good condition. There are no rips/tears
