Shipping

One Day orders, for delivery the next working day, must be placed by Midday for same day dispatch (Mon - Fri)

For International orders, the customer is responsible for any customs/import charges.

Return and Refund Policy

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will refund in full only when either the item is faulty or due to an in house error.

All other returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

We will refund in full and pay for return shipping only when either the item is faulty or due to an in house error.

All other returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Any undeliverable,unclaimed,refused or insufficiently/incorrectly addressed items will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Re-shipping costs of such items will be paid for by the customer.

Claims for non delivery need to be raised within 30 days of expected delivery date. In the event of non arrival we will replace the item. (Wherever possible)
