All Wheels are 55 mm Wide (suitable for 50 mm (2 inch) Sanding Belts

Wheel Set Description 

Set Includes:
  • One 130 mm diameter Drive Wheel: (Drive Wheel Diameter can be from 128 mm to 131 mm) 
Drive wheel is CNC machined with 24 mm bore (H7 tolerance).  Bore is equipped with a 8 mm (Wide) keyway and a M5x20 mm set screw. Surface of wheel is truly crowned to insure belt won't jump off wheel . Please refer to the wheel's sketch for the exact wheel dimensions.
Bore is 40 mm long 

  • Two x 51 mm diameter Idler Wheels: 
Each wheel is fitted with three 12 mm bearings. (Heavy duty 6201 RS bearings)  Bearings are rubber sealed to protect from dust. Bearings are placed back to back (best combination). A 10 mm wide standoff (sleeve) will raise the wheel of the mounting plate. This bearing combination is the best tested solution against bearing failure as it allow for tightening the mounting bolts without causing any axial force on the bearings (ball bearings should not bear lateral load)
  • One 75 mm diameter Track Wheel: 
Each wheel is fitted with three 12 mm bearings. (Heavy duty 6201 RS bearings)  Bearings are rubber sealed to protect from dust. Bearings are placed back to back (best combination). A 10 mm wide standoff (sleeve) will raise the wheel of the mounting plate. This bearing combination is the best tested solution against bearing failure as it allow for tightening the mounting bolts without causing any axial force on the bearings (ball bearings should not bear lateral load)
