How to Use a Reed Diffuser

We recommend placing any diffuser in a high traffic area. This way the fragrance will disperse throughout the room with air circulation. You could also place it just inside a room near the door so you pick up the scent as you enter the room.  In many cases, think of a diffuser as a bouquet of flowers - you'll smell the fragrance as you walk by, but it won't necessarily fill the room with fragrance.

Don't forget - Flip your reeds, when fragrance is running low simply flip all or some of the reeds this can be done everyday or every few days, just remember the more you turn the reeds the faster the fragrance oil will evaporate. When flipping the reeds just be careful of oil dripping from the reeds we recommend turning reeds over a bin or sink and ensure any spills are immediately wiped up. We also recommend placing your diffuser on a mat or coaster to stop any damage to surfaces from the oil.

Once your diffuser is finished clean out the container with soap and water and ensure it is completely dry before using again. Its best to start again with fresh oil rather than keep topping up old oil. We would also recomend new reeds as reeds can get clogged up and dusty over time.
