Our Griddle Plate for 26" WSM is the perfect accessory for those of you wanting to cook pancakes, eggs, stir-fry, fajitas, fish, veggies, smash burgers or griddle seared steak!  The possibilities are endless!

Also fits 85 gallon UDS.

• Optional Drip Pan for grease (Also accepts standard 9 x 4.5" loaf pan)

Season by washing with soapy water, and immediately drying on the grill. Then use bacon or cooking oil on both sides to season. Store dry like a cast iron pan.
