RETURN POLICY

We offer a 30 day return Policy. Returns WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AFTER 30 DAYS. We must receive the item back within 30 days of receipt and the item must be in the exact same condition as it was received - if new in box or new with tags, the item must remain new in the box with no signs of use and all tags attached with no signs of removal.

For Apparel:

If underwear sealed packaging has been opened - 50% refund will be issued

If clothing tags have been removed or show that they have been removed and reattached - 50% refund will be issued

If clothing appears washed or worn - 50% refund will be issued

Exchanging for another size (Apparel):

If another size is wanted, please purchase that item for a new order to be shipped and the refund for the one you are returning will be applied to your original order upon receipt of that item back

For all other items:

If an item is not returned in the original condition in which it was sent, only a 50% refund will be issued. This includes all packaging, accessories, printed instructions, etc.

UNDELIVERABLE / INSUFFICIENT ADDRESSES / REFUSED PACKAGES

Deal Ninja is not responsible for shipping charges when orders are returned due to undeliverable/insufficient addresses.  After the order is returned by the carrier, a refund will be issued.  Any return shipping costs we incur will be deducted from the refund.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

We will accept International returns within 30 days, however Buyer is responsible for international return shipping (international shipping charges/duties are non-refundable). Same rules for return apply, as noted above.

SHIPPING INFO

Orders are shipped within 24 business hours of purchase. Orders placed before 1 PM EST are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1 PM EST will ship the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday/Sunday will be shipped on Monday (excluding federal holidays).

We offer up to three (3) shipping options for most orders within the U.S.: economy, standard, and expedited. Free economy shipping allows the carrier 10 full business days to deliver your package. Standard shipping can take between 3-7 business days, and expedited shipping can take between 2-5 business days. Please choose your shipping method at checkout. We cannot change your shipping method after the order is placed.

eBay's provided delivery dates are estimates only and delays do happen due to circumstances outside of our control, such as extreme weather, natural disasters, and peak seasons.

We use UPS Mail Innovations, FedEx Ground and FedEx SmartPost for shipments, which is determined by the package size/weight. UPS Mail Innovations and FedEx SmartPost transport the package to your local USPS for final delivery. We ship all orders within 24 business hours. It can take up to 72 hours for tracking information to be uploaded and synced between eBay and the carrier's website.

Orders valued at more than $150 are shipped with signature confirmation for delivery.
