In Excellent for its old age Vintage Condition!

This book is In Remarkably Great Condition for its very old age! This 85+ years old Hardcover Book with very mild (if any) wear from the use & shelf storage, as shown on the attached pictures; mild discoloration; otherwise, this genuine hard-to-find rare collectible book is in excellent condition, especially for its old age! The book is in very nice condition and has a very nice tight binding; sound hinges with excellent spine!

No loose or missing pages; all pages are intact, tight, & very clean! No tear, No writings or underlines on book pages. Wonderful illustrations!

The accompanied original dark green/olive book’s dust protector storage carton case shows minor damage, wear/tear due to its old age, use, and book shelf live, which I believe can be fairly easily repaired, if desired (this is what gives this piece original personality and character!)
