Please follow the steps below to order our Haldex controller repair service:

Step 1: Click “Buy Now”

Step 2: On the Checkout screen, click “Message to seller” and add your Vehicle Registration number.

Step 3: Click “Confirm and pay” and print your order confirmation email, and place it in the package with your Haldex unit.

Step 4: Send your Haldex unit by Royal Mail Special Delivery to our address on the right

We receive at least one Haldex unit weekly without the order confirmation print out. PLEASE DO NOT FORGET!!!

Processing Time:-

We aim to process & repair all Haldex units the same day they are received. They are then shipped back the same day too by Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery (1pm). Upon dispatch by us, you will receive a Royal Mail Tracking code by email. On average, you should receive your Haldex unit back within 48 – 72 hours of you sending it to us. We are very busy during the winter months, and sometimes it might take an extra day so please bear with us!

Non-Faulty Haldex Controller Units:-

If your Haldex Controller unit is deemed to be not faulty, we will thoroughly clean and re-coat the PCB board to ensure it will not corrode in the future. We will clean up the case to ensure a successful bond and repair any corrosion holes or replace the front cover if required, before resealing the unit correctly to ensure it is water tight. Finally, we will issue you a refund minus the return postage cost. It will then be sent back to you via Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery (1pm).

Non-Repairable Haldex Controller Units:-

If your Haldex Controller unit is beyond repair, we will call you to discuss your options below:

Option 1: Offer you a brand new replacement board

Option 2: Issue you a refund minus the return postage cost. It will then be sent back to you via Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery (1pm)

We can test and repair all Generation 2, 4 and 5 Haldex Controller ECUs from Volkswagen, Audi, Seat and Skoda vehicles using our bespoke bench testing rig. We have reverse engineered these ECU's and stock all components to offer a fast and effective next day mail order service. We have processed thousands of Haldex units for owners and have many repeat trade customers.

To replace your faulty unit with a brand new item, they are approximately £800+VAT from Audi/VW/TPS. Second hand units if even working are on borrowed time. Save yourself the cost and risk by repairing your existing Haldex controller. Once repaired, we re-coat the PCB to ensure it will not corrode in the future, we seal the Haldex control unit correctly to ensure they do not leak in the future - if Haldex units were sent to us before they actually failed we could ensure they would not fail from the design oversights! We clean up the cases to ensure a successful bond and we repair any corrosion holes or replace the front cover if required to ensure a water tight Haldex controller.

Typical Failure Of Gen 5 Haldex Control Units

Gen 5 Controllers typically fail giving no communication with the ABS unit, the CAN Gateway and/or the Instrument cluster. The fault code you get is 01324.
