What happens after the purchase?

We're delighted you've found what you're looking for in our shop. eBay will send you a confirmation email once you have successfully placed your order. Please review your billing and shipping address here.

1. We'll ship your item as soon as possible after we've received and booked your payment.
2. If you place your order before 2 pm on a working day, we will ship it the same day by post/DHL.
3. As soon as your shipment is forwarded to our shipping department, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with the invoice as a PDF attachment. If there is one, you'll also receive a tracking number in a separate message.
4. Once we've delivered the items to the post office, they're forwarded to a distribution center and from there the letters are sent to you as quickly as possible. Experience shows that this process can take 1-2 days. However, longer lead times are also not uncommon.
5. The shipment is then delivered to you. If you ordered on a working day before 2 pm and the payment was also booked on the same day, you'll receive your shipment in between 4-6 working days.
   However, please be informed that you are first allowed to inquire about the whereabouts of your shipment 10 days after shipment. So please only write to us once this period has expired. Our hands are tied until then.

Instructions for installing spare parts

• Specialist knowledge is a must for installing spare parts - preferably in a specialist workshop
• Repairs not performed in a specialist workshop take place at your own risk (YouTube tutorials, for example, only serve as an aid to get started)
• Please make sure your carry out a test for proper functioning before gluing/removing the protective film
• We accept no liability for damage caused by incorrect repairs (returns are not accepted in this case).

Transport Damage

• Please report potential transport damage immediately on receipt of the goods, i.e. prior to installation

Returns

• Returns can only be accepted if the goods are in their original condition (with the protective film, packaging, etc.). Returns without the protective film will not be accepted.

Billing Information

• We send out invoices (incl. sales tax) in PDF format by email directly when you place your order (please think twice before printing out the invoice - for the sake of the environment).
• Check your email inbox/spam folder if necessary
