Up for sale is a STUDIO POTTERY Signed MZ or SW - 8" Tall Vase with Gray Glaze & Red Clay Design.  This large vase has a gray color glaze and the design on the sides has no glaze.  It has a shiny glaze outside and inside.  It is signed on the bottom but do not know the artist (MZ or SW????).

The approximate measurements are shown in the photos. 8" tall x 6" across widest part x 2 1/2" diameter bottom.

 

This is in very good condition. There are no cracks or chips in the pottery.  The outside has a shiny glaze as does the inside, and inside you can see the ridges of being hand thrown pottery. The design is unique in that it has no glaze over it or the top rim or bottom like the gray glaze on the body of the vase. The bottom is clearly signed but do not know the artist MZ or SW????  (please see photos)
