As you can see from the pictures the cartridges plays and is confirmed to operate on the GameBoy Color. Note that this is a Japanese release so the language is in Japanese and not in English. 

The cartridges are in very good condition. The stickers are also in very good condition.

Overall the cartridges are in very good condition and makes an excellent addition to your collection.
