We are proud to offer a free UK delivery via 1st Class and 24H Royal Mail services. We also use alternative couriers if required.
All orders placed before 3 p.m. and 12p.m. on Saturdays will be dispatched the same day. Royal Mail aims to deliver it the next working day and for guaranteed next day delivery please select Special Delivery before 1p.m. option.
International Delivery
All orders placed from Europe will arrive within 5-7 working days and if you are based outside Europe you should expect the delivery within 7-25 working days.

We always recommend to perform a patch test at least 24 hours before performing the eyelash extensions procedure as clients can be allergic to the adhesive. Using eyelash glue on yourself is strongly prohibited. QBS is not responsible for the misuse of our products.
Returns
We offer a 30 day no hassle return policy so if, for whatever reason, you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it to us for a full refund or replacement.
If you received defective merchandise or incorrect order and would like to exchange it, please contact us via Ebay messages. We will be happy to assist you and send out replacement right away. Please note, that due to sanitation and health regulations, QBS cannot accept returns on any opened seal products or used tools and therefore the item has to be returned in its original condition.
