This product is carefully packaged and shipped in a cardboard box for 1 - 2 days after receipt of payment.
I keep track of all shipments and always in touch.

Return policy:
You may return your item(s) within thirty days from the date merchandise were received.
You must contact me before sending the items back.
All items sent back to me must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached.
Return delivery costs should be arranged by you.
I will refund your payment after the returned item is received.
The original shipping and handling fee will be deducted from the refund.
Order Cancellation:
Cancellation of an order before the order has been dispatched.
I process all orders as quickly as possible,
so I am not always able to cancel an order after it is placed.
Cancellation requests after the order have been dispatched will be
treated in accordance with my Return policy.

Shipping
Each product is carefully wrapped to avoid damage.
For sending, I use the National Postal Service of Ukraine (Ukrposhta).
