Most of our larger or pre-assembled products are shipped via a UK nationwide courier service. Unless otherwise stated, delivery usually takes between 3–5 working days.
Saturday Delivery
If weekdays don’t suit you, we can arrange Saturday delivery for an additional fee. The exact charge depends on the size and weight of the items ordered. Please get in touch with us for further details.
Timed Delivery
Need your order at a specific time? We offer a guaranteed express delivery service. Your item can be scheduled for delivery at set times—9:30am, 10:30am, or 12:00 noon—for an extra fee. Standard deliveries may arrive anytime between 9am and 6pm, but with this service, you won’t need to wait all day.
Easy Returns
We want you to shop with confidence, which is why we offer a simple 30-day return policy. This applies from the day your order arrives and is subject to the following conditions:• Items must be returned in their original packaging, including labels and assembly instructions, and in good condition.
• Products must not have been assembled, used, or damaged.
• Returns apply to mainland UK addresses only.
• You’ll need to contact us within 30 days of receiving your goods, providing the reason for return.
Please ensure you keep all packaging until you’ve checked that your order is complete and you’re happy with the product. If you decide to return your item, it must be sent back unused, in its original packaging, and in a resellable condition.
⚠️ Important: Unless an item is faulty or defective, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 7 working days of delivery.• Email us with details of the issue and images of the damage or fault (photos may be required before processing your request).
• Once reported, our customer service team will either arrange replacement parts or organise an exchange.
• If visible damage is caused by the courier, you can refuse delivery, or contact us within 24 hours so we can arrange collection and inspection.
• Refunds, including postage, will only be issued for items confirmed as damaged during transit or upon delivery.
In some cases, we may request photographic evidence to help us determine whether returning the product is necessary.
Flat Pack Furniture Returns
For flat pack furniture, please check all components and panels before starting assembly. Due to courier restrictions, we cannot collect items that have already been assembled.When returned, all goods will be inspected to ensure they are in good condition, complete, and unused. Only then will a refund be processed.
We aim to process refunds within 48 hours of the goods arriving back at our warehouse.
