Here is a Bear Pottery Blue and Cream Handled Basket.

Hand crafted in Highland, Wisconsin, USA

Approx. 3 1/4" high with handle x 4 1/2" diameter.  Basket alone is 3" deep.  

Marked on bottom and has a sticker on side.

Excellent condition.
