Return Policy

Brand new items in the original packaging can be returned within 14 days of purchase for any reason. Because we offer the lowest allowable advertised price and shipping on our items a 15% restock fee will be charged on all returned items and the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping.

Fluids can only be returned in unopened condition. If the factory seal has been broken the item can not be returned.

All returned items will be inspected, used/installed items or items not in factory packaging will be declined. Fluids that the factory seal is opened on will be declined.

Store Policies

The Clean Garage does not manufacturer or warranty any of the items listed. All products are warrantied orby the manufacturer, if you should encounter any concerns or warranty issues with the products purchased please contact us by message  and we will assist you in having the manufacturer address your concern.

Items listed in store inventory can be temporarily  on back order. We only remove items from inventory if they are discontinued. If there is a delay in the item you ordered we will contact your promptly with an updated time frame and offer to back order the item or issue a complete refund. We suggest you always contact us before purchase to verify fitment and current stock for the item you are interested in to avoid delays. 

Items may be drop shipped direct from the manufacturer, this may cause additional shipping time depending on where you are located and where the nearest warehouse that has your items in stock is located. If you need your items by a certain time we suggest you always contact us before to verify current shipping location and time. 

Items pictured may be a "stock image" meaning they may not be the exact size of the items listed. This can alter the appearance of the product you receive (for example the lip size of the wheel or package size of your Fluids) We do our best to post the most accurate image available from the manufacturer, if you have a question about the specific appearance of the item you are ordering please message or email us before ordering. 

The items we sell should always be installed by a trained professional and should be verified with them before ordering. Always consult your vehicles owners manual for the proper fluid to use.
