The Colours...
Like many wheel manufacturers, Velare offer a range of popular finishes as standard. From Diamond Black to Matte Graphite, each wheel is finished to the highest of standards. All wheels have been fitted to our Acapulco Blue T6 and we can safely say that all the wheels look fantastic against the VW paintwork. So, no matter the colour of your van, Velare have got a wheel to suit you.
Not only do these wheels impress on the surface, but the staggered front & rear widths give these wheels an enormous presence on the van while remaining fully functional. The wider-than-standard wheels give your van a much greater connection to the road as well as an impressive appearance. All 20” Velare wheels come staggered as standard with 8.5J front wheels and 10J rear wheels. Each rear wheel in the VLR range has a more concaved face than the equivalent front wheel, giving the full set a distinctive and aggressive appearance.
As part of this package we supply a set of 4 wheels, centre caps & new matching wheel bolts. You can also have your new alloy wheels fitted with 275/35/20 102 XL or 275/40/20 106 XL value branded tyres, coming to you fitted, valved, balanced and checked. Lower offsets give your vehicle the oh-so desired fitment. For instance, an offset of ET+35 will give you 10mm more poke than a wheel of ET45+. Unfortunately, this comes with a trade-off. With certain offsets the sliding door functionality is limited as the interior plastic panel can be known to catch on the rear wheels. We've had experience with the inner panel grazing the wheel when the sliding door is fully opened. We urge you to check if a fitment is appropriate before placing an order.
